MOBILITY CHAIR FOR GABRIELL

Gabriell de Jesús Mindiola Patiño is a child living with multiple disabilities and an orphan disease. At seven months of gestation, a malformation was detected, along with a diagnosis that was considered incompatible with life. It was predicted that he might pass away in the womb or immediately upon birth. As his mother, I held onto the fear of God and my commitment to him as a parent. Despite a slow evolution and two stays in the ICU, he clung to life and is here today, wanting the same opportunities as every other child in this world.

Among his malformations, Gabriell has spina bifida, clubfoot (equinus foot), imperforate anus, shortening of the lower limbs, and bell-shaped chest. Even so, we strive to move forward, and this diagnosis has not been a barrier for Gabriell to be a happy child.
